Abstract: Careers Scotland, in partnership with the City of Edinburgh Council, Edinburgh Learning, West Lothian Council and Scottish Enterprise Edinburgh and Lothians, were funded by the ESF Objective 3 to study ‘Gender Stereotyping in Career Choice'. The Employment Research Institute with the support of the Centre for Career Education and Guidance at Napier University were contracted to carry out the research.
