Abstract: This paper follows on from the previous bulletin (Redford 2008), which covered the education and lifelong learning remit of the Parliament's Education, Lifelong Learning and Culture Committee between February and September 2008. The following bulletin covers the same remit of the committee from September 2008 to February 2009, during the third session of the Parliament (2007 - 2011).
