dc.description.abstractSwim 21 is the Amateur Swimming Association’s club development model, a planning tool based on the principles of long term athlete development. Swim 21 aims to provide appropriate opportunities for swimmers in order to assist them to attain their full potential. Therefore Swim 21 is intended to focus on the needs of swimmers, enabling clubs to help athletes, teachers, coaches and administrators to achieve their full potential.en_UK
