Abstract: | Armed with awards with more than $50 billion against the Russian Federation, the Yukos team is now expected an uphill battle to identify a forum which can satisfy such an amount. The researchers’ aim is to put forward an in-depth legal analysis of public international law and private international law aspects which are closely intertwined involving in Yukos case as well as highlight the difficulties the Yukos team may face at the setting aside and enforcement stages. |
