dc.description.abstract | The Chinese are a large ethnic minority community but have been little researched. This paper uses the material on ethnic origin from the 1991 Census together with research‐based information, to paint a picture of the Chinese community in Scotland. The data are analysed in terms of household structure, housing and employment and the patterns of settlement in the major cities are explored. | en_UK |
