Abstract: | Service Creation Environments are the new frontiers in telecommunications. Efficient and reliable service creation is vital towards the evolution of the telecommunication domain as we move into Intelligent Networks. This paper discusses the concept of service creation environments and how it is related to the process of service creation. Additionally, a list of abstract requirements for service creation environments is outlined. |
