Abstract: First paragraph: Earlier this year, the Scottish Government published a regeneration discussion document, Building a Sustainable Future, to encourage debate about how to deliver regeneration in difficult economic times. This paper is GWSF’s contribution to the debate, on behalf of the 50-plus community-controlled housing associations and co-operatives (CCHAs) it represents.
