The logistics processes which occur in a retail outlet are discussed in the literature as retail specific intra-log systems (Instore-Logistics). This paper examines the processes of such a specific intra-log system and suggests a specific process design that allows efficient instore-logistic operations. Therefore, a multi-step analysis approach which measures the efficiency of instore-logistics is applied and, based on a succeeding process analysis, important improvement areas are presented.en_UK
